Operating Rules & Responsibilities
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Landlord", "Hostel Operator", or "Tenant") and RentKhata Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("RentKhata", "Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and usage of the RentKhata web platform, APIs, and mobile applications under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By creating an account, accessing any portal dashboard, or submitting data to RentKhata, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately terminate platform access.
